Welcome to The White Practice Online
The doctors and staff at The White Practice in Walton on Thames are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.
In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.
As part of the new government guidelines as of the 1st April 2015 all patients will be allocated a named GP. The named GP will be responsible for coordinating patients’ care in the practice and ensuring that all appropriate services are delivered to them.
Please note that your named accountable GP is Dr S. Morcos. But you can see any GP of your choice.
Access for the Disabled
The surgery provides access and toilet facilities for the disabled. Allocated parking is close to the entrance of the Health Centre and wheelchairs are available if needed.
